Job Description
SG HOMZ RENOVATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Procurement of office supplies.
- Managing mail and courier services.
- Welcoming visitors and handling phone calls.
- General HR tasks and monthly salary preparation.
- Creating Purchase and Receipt Vouchers.
Requirements: Experience in administration, fluency in Mandarin and Vietnamese, MS Office competence, strong communication skills.
