Job Description
WXTN SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. In this role, you will ensure smooth office operations, maintain a pleasant working environment, and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. You will also support senior leaders in our Singapore office with calendar management and travel arrangements.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily office operations, managing facility maintenance, sourcing vendors, maintaining records, and assisting with employee engagement activities. You will be the primary point of contact for building management and will manage office supplies inventory.
