Job Description
Dollar Exchange Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to support our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and checking remittance payments through banks and agents, as well as following up on outstanding items to ensure that remittances are executed on time.
Key responsibilities include ensuring end-of-day balancing for foreign currencies, preparing bank reconciliations for Singapore dollars and foreign currencies (both daily and monthly), and addressing any discrepancies in the reconciliations.
Additional tasks consist of preparing daily bank transfers, handling TT payments, and performing scanning and filing duties.
