Job Description
CADMUS RESOURCES, a leading asset management company, is seeking an Office Leasing Executive to enhance our vibrant working environment. We offer an attractive salary package including AWS and performance bonuses.
Responsibilities: Support strategic business plans, establish relationships, negotiate rent, maintain tenant relations, and collaborate with consultants.
Requirements: Degree in Real Estate, no experience needed, Microsoft Office proficient, strong interpersonal skills.
Location: Raffles Place, Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
