Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Salary: $2800 – $400
Location: Boon Keng
Job Description:
- Support the Office Manager in day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Greet, welcome, and assist clients at the reception area.
- Handle general inquiries from internal and external clients.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Office Administration or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Pleasant demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
