Job Description
The Operation Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational activities of the company. This includes developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations team.
- Develop and implement operational plans and processes.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance and make necessary improvements.
- Identify opportunities for growth and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to align operations with organizational goals.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management.
