Job Description
The SKILT Centre, in collaboration with SpecialKids Child Health & Development Clinic, offers programmes for individuals aged 2 and above to teenage years.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manpower planning for service relations
- Facilitate feedback from clients and employees
- Identify and resolve problems
- Conform to organization standards
- Compliance with government requirements
- Generate reports for management
- Writing and disseminating meeting minutes
- Allocate rooms and resources
- Liaise with the Accounts department
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures
- Engage with vendors for maintenance
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6pm
Location: Upper Thomson
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Facilities/IT knowledge advantage
- Healthcare industry experience advantage
- Candidates with no experience welcome to apply
