Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operation Executive to join our team. The Operation Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing various operational activities to ensure the smooth functioning of our logistics and operations processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in logistics management and operations management, with a focus on operational efficiency and timeline management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day logistics and operations activities
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor and track inventory levels to optimize operational efficiency
- Handle the company’s hotline (24/7 while the guest is on the ground).
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
- Prepare reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and operations management
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment and project as and when necessary.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics management and operations management
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Need commit on weekends / public holiday – Shift Work
- Strong knowledge of logistics and operations processes
- Proficient in timeline management and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Entry Level candidates or new to workforce with the right attitude will also be considered.
