Job Description
CAREERS COMPASS CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an enthusiastic Operation Manager to assist the General Manager in various operational tasks. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and managing employees while developing strong customer relationships.
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee purchasing, inventory management, and maintain operational functions to enhance workplace efficiency. You will serve as the acting General Manager when required and ensure compliance with company policies while optimizing profits.
