Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals
• Set destinations for the HR group and track progress
• Screen inner HR frameworks and information bases
• Survey and support or change spending plans
• Plan and carry out organization strategies
• Monitor key HR measurements
• Act as an expert to administrators and staff regarding policies and procedures
• Create detailed reports on HR costs
• Recommend new software to address staff needs, such as performance review tools
• Address workers’ inquiries (e.g. on compensation and employment regulations)

Requirements and Skills

• Demonstrated work experience as a HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Active involvement in Human Resources Information Systems
• Experience in designing compensation and benefit packages
• Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Team management skills
• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Able to travel on business trips overseas frequently
• Familiarity with the East Asian Market is highly advantageous
• Have Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI)
