Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Operation Support Specialist to join our team. As an Operation Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational assistance and support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures and guidelines
- Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Handle and resolve operational issues and inquiries
- Assist in training new employees on operational procedures and systems
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in operations or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
