Job Description

Duration:

1 Mar 2024 to 31 Mar 2025

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, Office hours

Location:

Changi Airport

Responsibilities:

  • Managing mailbox daily, responding to inquiries
  • Working closely with vendors on operational issues such as arrangement of ad-hoc group tours, booking system-related issues, and ensuring timely monthly report delivery
  • Collaborating with colleagues managing the booking system to ensure its seamless operation and resolving any related issues
  • Tabulating statistics and preparing reports based on monthly reports and inquiries to keep relevant stakeholders informed of performance
  • Utilizing in-depth knowledge of common inquiries to collaborate with the IT team on developing a ChatBot

Requirements:

  • Pleasant disposition and willingness to learn
  • Meticulous organizational skills and experience with Excel
