About the Opportunity:
The role encompasses responsibilities across Talent Ops and Total Rewards. As an intern supporting both teams, you will assist in benefits and wellbeing activities and facilitate the annual review exercise operations. This is an exciting opportunity to support and drive HR initiatives while fostering an engaging workplace culture.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate assigned wellbeing activities
- Manage corporate discounts collaborations
- Update benefits details on internal platforms
- Assist in annual compensation review
- Participate in validating compensation statements
- Support maintenance of employee personal records
Skills: Business Administration or HR students, ethical, analytical, proficient in Excel, and strong problem-solving skills.
