Job Description
SGO LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Operations and Warehouse Coordinator. The successful candidate will handle daily operations, manage incoming shipments, oversee inventory flow, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Key responsibilities include updating stock movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), conducting ad-hoc cycle counts, providing weekly/monthly stock updates, and supporting shipment preparations. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to resolve inventory discrepancies as well as effective communication with vendors and customers for smooth operations.
Requirements include strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
