Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Utilize in-house system for daily activities.
- Prepare and execute airway bills, manifest, and related documents for the shipments.
- Coordination of day-to-day operations and transaction with internal/external customers.
- Ensure all export cargo are properly marked and labelled prior to transfer to airlines.
- Send pre-alert to overseas agents.
- Follow operations SOP, including compliance of all custom and security regulations.
- Ensure all data are updated correctly in the system.
- Handle mishandled, cross-labelled shipments, damaged, and lost cargo.
- Other assignment as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Good air cargo knowledge and understanding of incoterms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in freight forwarder management will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, highly organized, and positive attitude.
- On-job training will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,400.00 – $3,200.00 per month
