Job Description
Join GRIFFIN KINETIC PTE LTD as an Operations Assistant. In this role, you will support the Finance/Accounting and Air Operations teams. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate accounting records, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring that delivery orders are correctly filed. You will also check and verify invoices from Agents and Vendors, prepare billings for approval, and assist with any additional tasks assigned by the management.
