Job Description
3SH RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining communication and managing inbound and outbound activities.
Key responsibilities include coordinating shipments, preparing shipping documents, ensuring timely invoicing, and handling customer inquiries. The role requires a proactive approach to achieve on-time delivery and manage complex supply chain processes.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm and Saturday from 08:30 am to 12:30 pm.
