Job Description
Join PLAN B OOH PTE. LTD. as an Operations Executive and play a vital role in overseeing the operational aspects of our out-of-home advertising company. You will manage both internal and external resources, selecting contractors and suppliers while ensuring the satisfactory delivery of services.
Your daily tasks will involve monitoring advertising assets, coordinating content installations, and maintaining inventory of company assets. You will liaise with building management and digital content management systems, ensuring all safety and compliance documents are in place.
This role also includes troubleshooting breakdowns, implementing operational practices, and assisting in budget planning through effective communication and reporting.
