Job Description
THETA88 – HAWKER CENTRES OF THE FUTURE:
THETA88 is a startup ideating, designing, and prototyping Hawker Centres of the Future. We partner with like-minded socially conscious individuals and companies. We are looking to shape the future of hawker centres, preserving their heritage and changing the perception the young have of hawker centres, both as hawkerpreneurs or customers.
We are currently seeking Chinese-speaking Operations Executives to join our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the hawker centre, ensuring compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, customer service, and relevant laws
- Reacting to incidents and emergencies, managing complaints, and fostering good relations with hawkers, contractors, and customers
- Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Investigating and rectifying complaints, implementing preventive measures, and performing daily checks on facilities
We are looking for candidates who are patient, empathetic, and team players. You should be responsible, eager to listen and learn, and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment.
Proficiency in using MS Office to prepare reports, presentations, and communicate via email is required.

Salary: $2,500.00 – $3,00.00 per month
