Objectives of the Position: The Wiring Harness Operations Manager is responsible for enhancing the harness business, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while managing operational costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review technical data packages.
- Deliver on-time, on-budget, zero-defect products.
- Manage production disruptions.
- Oversee workload assignments and skills projection.
- Maintain quality standards for audits.
- Ensure workplace safety.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, experience in wiring harness manufacturing, strong leadership, and customer relationship skills.
Pay: $5,500.00 – $6,00.00/month
