Job Description
At Bank of Singapore, we are seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Specialist in our Funds Services, Securities Trade Services Team, you will play a crucial role in end-to-end processing of Funds Trade Order Placement and Settlements.
Main Duties
- End to end processing of Funds Trade Order Placement and Settlements
Responsibilities
- Perform order placement with custodians and fund houses for mutual funds and hedge funds.
- Perform trade settlement processing for mutual funds and hedge funds.
- Process life cycle events processing for private equity funds.
- Support Front Office requests for reverse enquires.
- Support new fund launches initiated by internal product team.
- Investigate failing trades with Custodian and Counterparties.
- Investigate daily cash and stock reconciliation breaks.
- Perform UAT for system enhancement and roll out.
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 – 5 years of relevant experience.
- Computer skills and knowledge of VBA or SQL coding would be advantageous.
- Team Player with ability to work independently and with a can-do attitude.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to adopt and maintain a logical approach in critical situations.
