Caladan is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Controller to enhance our dynamic team. In this key role, you will collaborate with traders, compliance, and technology teams to uphold strong financial controls for Options and Structured Products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate trade validation and lifecycle management.
• Oversee daily P&L reporting.
• Create independent valuation frameworks.
• Deliver high-quality reporting to stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience in Product Control or Middle Office.
