Job Description
Cooltech Power International Pte Ltd is seeking a full-time Order Administrator cum Shipping Coordinator. The ideal candidate will support our logistics and administrative operations within the manufacturing and repair of electric generators, as well as the distribution of industrial and marine engines and spare parts.
Key Responsibilities: You will coordinate shipping documentation, communicate with freight forwarders, track shipments, handle import/export compliance, and assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, knowledge of international shipping, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in English with Mandarin reading skills.
