Job Description
ASCOTT INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT PTE LTD is currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the owners as the most senior service team leader to lead the business into the future.
- Manage the overall Food & Beverage operations.
- Identify and train the right team players alongside the Directors.
- Provide superlative hospitality and ensure the training, development, and mentorship of the operations service staff.
- Build an inclusive culture of leadership and personal integrity.
- Create a high-performance team that is driven and motivated to achieve excellence.
- Generate business growth through innovative initiatives.
- Meet revenue and profit objectives, guest review levels, and staff performance criteria.
