Job Description:

As an Outlet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. Your duties will include:

• Managing proper inventory levels by collaborating with vendors.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the outlet.
• Training and developing staff, including scheduling and interviewing part-time workers.
• Motivating staff to deliver excellent customer service and positive experiences.
• Handling customer complaints calmly and professionally.

Working Days: 5 days per week

Working Location: Islandwide with over 20 locations.
