Job Description
TOYOGO is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Accounts Administrator to assist in transferring accounts from UBS to our ERP system. You will manage bookkeeping tasks including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger, along with data entry, monthly P&L reporting, GST submissions, and reconciliations.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of relevant experience
– Diploma or equivalent
– Proficient in English and Mandarin
– Microsoft Office & BC skills
– Strong independence and positive attitude
– Immediate availability preferred
Job Type: Contract (3 months)
Pay: $2,00 – $2,600/month
Hours: 30 – 40/week, Day shift, Mon-Fri
Start Date: 01/04/2025
