Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our IB MATH AND PHYSICS Tuition Centre. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks such as invoicing and payment follow-ups, with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send invoices to students and parents promptly.
- Track and record payments received accurately.
- Follow up with clients on overdue payments.
- Maintain precise transaction records.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
