Job Description
Skills Required
- Call Centre Experience
The successful candidate will assist customers with ticket bookings, handling inquiries, and hotline calls in the Call Centre.
Job Requirements:
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Previous call centre experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and build relationships
- Able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and cheerful personality
- Team-oriented with good customer service skills
- GCE “O” /”A” Level/Diploma or higher
Working Hours – Rotating Shift:
- 9.45 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
- 1.45 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
- 4.15 p.m. to 8.15 p.m.
