Job Description

Your role includes assisting customers with ticket bookings, handling inquiries, and managing hotline calls in the Call Centre.
Skills Required:
- Call Centre Experience
- Rotating shift schedules including weekends and public holidays
- Good communication skills
- Independent worker with team spirit
- Ability to work under pressure
- “Can Do” cheerful attitude
- GCE “O”/”A” Level/Diploma or higher
