Job Description

LCentral is a reputable Premier English Specialist providing quality enrichment for students from N1 to P6 since 2008. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Part-time Customer Service Executive.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations and managing customer service relationships. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in center administration tasks such as roster management, scheduling, and processing payments.
  • Handling student enrolments, including responding to enquiries, conducting assessments, and managing registrations.
  • Optimizing resource utilization by scheduling classes and ensuring proper use of classrooms and materials.
  • Maintaining records and establishing excellent rapport with parents, children, and teachers.
  • Maintaining brand standards, including image and presentation, safety, and hygiene.
  • Creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Training will be provided.
  • Proficient in standard English.
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Bilingualism is an advantage.
  • Immediate availability.
  • Working hours: Wed to Fri: 3-9pm, Sat & Sunday: 8.45am to 6.30pm.
  • Salary: $12 to $15 per hour.
  • Working location: 988 Upper Serangoon Rd, #01-30 Star of Kovan, Singapore 534733.
