Job Description
- Attend to walk-in or phone in customers’ inquiries (For Mobile devices such as mobile phones, laptops, etc.)
- To listen and understand the customer description of faults on their devices and to book-in or process customers’ collection (Training will be provided)
Ensure all forms are duly filled and signed by customers before booking in a device for repair or for collection
- Ensure service counter & reception area are neat and tidy daily at all times
