Roles & Responsibilities

Part Time IT Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support such as troubleshooting for company’s end-users
  • Perform system maintenance, administration, and inventory management for devices, systems, and IT infrastructure
  • Support internal IT staff
  • Manage internal IT assets, software licenses, and usage
  • Set up new user accounts and profiles and handle password issues
  • Manage company’s shared drive user access rights, SAP, MS 365 email administrator printer, and HR leave system
  • Perform any other assigned duties

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in IT
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Part-time position, 2 to 3 days a week
