Job Description

• Ensures timely collection of school fees
• Attends to walk-in customers
• Handles communication via phone and email
• Carries out administrative duties such as student registrations, invoices, and payments
• Ensures smooth running of school operations
• Motivates and works well with the team
• Manages inventory and orders supplies
• Maintains cleanliness and care of school equipment
• Provides excellent customer service
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• 1 year of administrative assistant experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Must be eligible to work in Singapore

School location: Right above Hougang MRT (Exit A)

Working Commitment:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 3pm to 9pm
• Saturday: 9am to 6:30pm
