- Handle telephone calls, answering within 3 rings.
- Manage the frontline counter, assisting students, parents, and walk-in visitors with their queries.
- Assist with goods delivery on behalf of staff.
- Attend to students leaving school early or injured.
- Monitor students’ admission to the Sick Bay.
- Record temperatures for all staff every morning.
