Service Crew Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, adhering to quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team for efficient order fulfillment and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Upsell additional items to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Craft and serve a variety of coffee and beverage offerings with precision and creativity.
- Ensure quality control in brewing and presentation, adhering to SOD Cafe’s standards.
- Engage with customers to recommend and customize beverages based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee preparation area and equipment.
Qualifications:
- No experience required.
- Job training will be provided.
