Location: Tampines North/Changi
Salary:
- Starting at $12/hour
- Up to $14/hour
Job Scope:
- Supervise food production for airlines
- Foster a collaborative environment with the packing crew to maximize output
- Conduct end-of-shift checks and handovers
- Ensure no backlogs and maintain adequate cutlery for tight flight schedules
- Record and track the quantity of packed airline items
- Contribute ideas to optimize operations
- Provide guidance on packing crew processes
- Lead and inspire the service crew for maximum efficiency
- Conduct on-the-job training and new hire orientation
Dress Code:
- Dark-colored shirt
- Long pants
- Safety shoes
What You Need:
- Food Hygiene Cert and Safety Shoes (Company sponsorship for long-term workers)
- 16 years old and up
- Commitment to working 5/6 days per week
- Comfortable with rotating shifts
- Previous Manager/Supervisor/Director experience is a PLUS (Training provided)
Timings:
- 9 am to 9 pm
- 9 pm to 9 am
- 8 am to 8 pm
