Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Passenger Inside Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for selling tickets and providing excellent customer service to our passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in booking tickets, providing information about flight schedules, and answering inquiries
- Upsell additional services and products, such as seat upgrades and travel insurance
- Handle customer complaints and ensure a satisfactory resolution
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in computer software and systems
