Job Description
DP Healthverse Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and personable Patient Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a pleasant personality and a positive attitude, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Your responsibilities will include managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support. You will educate patients about dental procedures and enhance their service experience. A commitment to working flexible shifts and a minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any discipline is required.
