Job Description
The Patient Service Assistant will provide administrative support to the clinic and ensure smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities include:
- Performing counter duties such as registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection, and banking
- Attending to walk-in and call-in patient enquiries
- Liaising with dental laboratories for lab reports and dental works
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and stationery
- Coordinating with Head Office on all matters
- Performing assigned duties
Qualifications:
- Minimum Secondary education
- Experience in sales coordination
- Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Cheerful and pleasant personality
- Conversant in basic computer skills
- Willing to travel
- Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week (Off day on Sunday)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: $1,700.00 – $2,200.00 per month
