Are you passionate about providing quality customer service to patients in a polyclinic setting? Join us as the service ambassador to assist patients with queries, navigate healthcare systems, and promote health services.
Your role includes facilitating patient experience with registration, appointment making, and billing collection, ensuring a smooth process for all patients.
We are seeking individuals with GCE ‘A’ / ‘O’ / ‘N’ level or higher qualifications, excellent communication skills in English and a local language, a strong team player mindset, pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Qualifications: GCE ‘A’ / ‘O’ / ‘N’ level or Higher / NITEC
- Skills: Good communication in English and local language, Team player, Service excellence, Interpersonal skills, Multitasking
- Schedule: 5.5 days work week (Monday to Saturday)
