Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PAX Representative for CENTERRA CONSTRUCTION PARTNERS, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate outgoing and incoming passenger messages and written communications. This position includes coordinating passenger service matters, maintaining updated instructions, answering inquiries, managing lost and found reports, and ensuring valid travel documentation for outbound passengers.
Key responsibilities involve tagging and weighing baggage, preparing boarding passes, conducting inspections, and utilizing X-Ray machines. Monthly reports and passenger data input into the AMC Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES) are also part of the role.
