Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Payments PMO/Portfolio Support. This position is responsible for overseeing the project management and support functions related to payments and portfolio management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track payment projects and ensure their timely completion
- Provide support to internal teams and clients regarding payment processes and portfolio management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment systems and processes
- Perform analysis and reports on payments performance and portfolio metrics
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in project management and support in payments and portfolio management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
