Job Description
Job Purpose: The role is primarily responsible for supporting the full spectrum of human resource functions with a focus on payroll matters.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage accurate monthly payroll for approximately 300 employees.
- Maintain HRIS database and staff personnel files.
- Administer leave and statutory submissions.
- Process insurance claims and manage group insurance programs.
- Prepare payroll-related and ad-hoc reports.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management with 2 years of experience in F&B or retail.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and MOM legislation.
- Singaporeans only.
Pay: $2,500.00 – $3,500.00 per month
