XIANGFEI PTE. LTD. is seeking a talented and dedicated Performing Artiste. Key responsibilities include:

• Arranging the show list and performers.
• Coordinating rehearsals, auditions, and the selection process for candidates.
• Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of individual performers for effective role allocation.
• Collaborating with the producer on performance time slots and making necessary adjustments.
• Representing performing artistes in management meetings.
• Memorizing lyrics and routines for optimal performance.
• Fine-tuning performances with band members for seamless execution.
• Fostering teamwork among all performers.
