Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Personal Assistant to support the Sales Director at CLOVER FOCUS ADVISORY. The ideal candidate should be organized, an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
- Building strong relationships with clients.
- Handling sensitive information professionally.
- Assisting in marketing activities and events.
- Preparing materials for meetings and projects.
- Managing personal tasks and appointments.
- Ensuring all project deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- A Levels or Diploma and above.
- Conversational Mandarin proficiency.
