Job Description
MANPOWER ACCESS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements for the department. You will communicate effectively with all levels of staff to ensure seamless coordination and draft necessary correspondence such as emails and letters.
Maintaining the confidentiality of personal files and sensitive information is crucial, as is coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide administrative and operational support for the department.
