Job Scope:
- Personal Assistant to Director
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
Requirements:
- Minimum Education background of Diploma, A-Levels, or similar
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and detailed
- Full Time, Part Time, Intern positions available
- No work experience required
- Final year university students are welcomed
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Fresh graduate, Student job.
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $10.00 – $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
