Job Description
TJ INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Director. Responsibilities include managing the Director’s calendar, arranging travel logistics, facilitating meetings, and being the primary point of contact for stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Business Administration, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems proactively. Experience supporting C-suite level is preferred, and the ability to start immediately is an advantage.
