Job Description
Attractive Package: Basic Salary + Commission (after confirmation of employment – Up to 10K monthly)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Pet Companion Specialist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, passionate about sales, well-organized, highly responsible, customer-service-oriented, and patient with both pets and people.
Working Location: Serangoon Garden or Sungei Tengah
Job Requirements:
- Sales motivated
- Knowledge of dog breeds
- Ability to handle puppies of all sizes
- Basic grooming and dog care knowledge
- Passion for animals
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays
- Minimum 1 year experience in puppy sales
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day business operations
- Manage sales and wellbeing of puppies
- Check skin and health of puppies daily
- Prepare sales transaction reports
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Update social media platforms
- Take photos/videos of puppies and post on social media
- Groom puppies
- Follow up with customers post-sale
- Build relationships with clients and partners
- Achieve sales targets
- Handle post-sale transactions and returns
- Transport puppies to/from vet clinics
- Submit forms and sales records to AVS monthly
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
