Challenges:
The Exercise Physiologist will be supporting Sports Medicine services under the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. Responsibilities include assisting the Sports Physician in implementing physical activity and behavioral interventions, developing exercise testing and prescription programs, and conducting outcome audits. Additional tasks involve participating in medical association programs and undergoing further training.
Requirements:
- A good university degree in a related science discipline such as Sports Science or Human Movement
- Preferably 3 years of experience as an Exercise Physiologist in a clinical setting
- Experience with national athletes, dancers, or dance is advantageous
